Multi-tenant environment a domain which is accessible for different client organizations.

On-premises software a software that is installed and run on a computer at the place where the person or organization use this software, rather than at a remote facility or over the Internet
Private Install a deployment option that enables customer to install the software on the customer's own server or on a dedicated hosting service.
Project management a discipline of software development that consists in planning and organization of software development process in order to achieve the set objectives
Quality assurance (QA) an indispensable activity in software development that consists of monitoring the development processes in order to ensure the software's conformity with the quality standards
Real-time data processing data processing that takes place instantly upon the data entry 
Requirements management a process of software development that consists of defining, prioritizing, tracking and documenting on requirements to the software
Single-tenant environment a domain which is only accessible to one client organization
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) cryptographic protocols that ensure security for communications in networks such as the Internet
Software-as-a-service (SaaS) (also referred as "computing in the cloud) a software that is deployed over the Internet and requires no download or installation
Software development life cycle (SDLC) a structure of common activities in the process of software development
SDLC metric a measure of some property of software development
Test management an activity in software development that consists in specifying, planning and monitoring of tests to ensure the quality of software
